Sojourners Camp Application Information

Sojourners campers join their peers of the same age who are registered for other camp sessions, forming a shared camp community. For campers in both programs, their cabin group becomes the heart of their experience. Together, they will hike, spend a night camping away from Christikon, take part in Bible study and conversation, and work on service projects. Campers and staff also come together for meals, worship, recreation, and a wide range of activities that encourage learning, growth, and fun. Each cabin group is supported by two Christikon counselors who lead the program, along with an additional adult who has experience working with at-risk youth and provides extra care and support for Sojourners campers.

The Sojourners program welcomes campers from all backgrounds. We do not assume any prior religious or church experience, and our goal is not to convert campers to a particular expression of Christian faith. Instead, we hope each camper experiences meaningful life together marked by friendship, respect, and grace—and leaves with something valuable from the time they share. We are committed to honoring and respecting the diverse faith traditions, identities, and life experiences of every camper.

Step One

Sojourners Camp Application

There is space for twelve boys and for twelve girls in the Sojourners camp session. To apply, click the application button below. Upon application you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Step Two

Referral Process

For each camper, a confidential Referral Form must be completed by a social worker, counselor or religious professional.
Please use the online referral form below, and if you have additional information or wish to speak in more detail, contact our office.

Step Three

Acceptance into Camp

Acceptance into the Sojourners program is determined by the Coordinators. Once a child has applied, a referral is received and information has been reviewed and accepted by Christikon, you will receive an email that will prompt you to complete your registration process. A camper packet will be available to download during the process which includes what to expect at camp and what to bring with you to camp.
